Please be advised that cancellations made via email, or phone up to 48 hours before the first day of a scheduled program or 48 hours before a scheduled one-on-one appointment will be subject to non-refundable deposit of $50.  All other fees associated with the session/appointment will be refunded.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the first day of a program or a scheduled one-on-one appointment will be forfeited.

If Heirloom Estate and Legacy Preservation cancels a scheduled one-on-one appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, or the client will be refunded in full.
